THE BACKSTORY
T.Spex Eyewear, Inc. started as a small optical shop in Canandaigua in 2020 by motivated business owner and licensed optician, Tonia. Without any expectations, T.Spex has grown bigger than we could ever imagine. With our Farmington location opening shortly after in 2022. In December of 2025 we decide to consolidate the two locations to better serve our patients. Farmington offers much better parking, more testing , and a lot more frames! You can find us at 1560 Route 332 Farmington NY 14425 Dr. B Scott Fine has appointments available Tuesday- Thursday. Tonia loves being able to help all previous customers and the staff loves making connections with new patients. We even have our own eyewear line, special to T.Spex. We are taking insurances to allow us to service more of the community. Check out our "Info" tab to learn more about which insurances we are credentialed with. Check out our new location in Alexandria Bay, NY. Now excepting new patients and offering eye exams!

With our custom T.Spex Eyewear line, we are able to offer a T.Spex frame free with a purchase of any full-priced lenses. We have frames starting as low as $79 and progressive lens packages starting at $199. We have frame lines from all sorts of vendors including Kenmark Eyewear, SD Eyes, Clearvision Optical, Charmant, and more. We have so many frames to choose from, we guarantee we can find something you'll love! We also offer eye exams in Farmington on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Call to set up an appointment.
